Albert has over 19 years experience in the contact centre sector with a solid academic background in business – having undertaken a Marketing Masters at UCD’s Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Initially starting with a new entrant specialising in the contact centre market to Ireland, he worked in numerous senior positions, but at all times delivering business transformation solutions. Over the last nine years he held a position of lead contact centre specialist, delivering transformational solutions globally for organisations.

The specialist areas he concentrates on are in customer experience and channel augmentation. He has great knowledge in the areas of Cloud Contact Centres, Contact Centre Redesigning, Business Transformation and Managed Service.
