Dave has 30 years hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of contact centre solutions, from the development of IVR applications with Vocalis, Periphonics and VoiceGenie, to broader technologies including Genesys, Nortel, Alcatel, Lucent Technologies and others.
With an uncharacteristic nature of making the complex appear simple, Dave delivers for clients and brings industry leading technical and business knowledge to every engagement.
Dave has held several ‘C’ and Director level roles in the customer interaction management and telecommunication space.’
