Dylan has over 12 years experience working in the contact centre sector with a strong base in operations and contact centre IT. He has working experience with both Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud from a deployment, development, business enhancement and support perspective.

Dylan combines his operations and technical experience to anticipate customer needs and develop solutions to everyday business operational issues using technology, process improvements and custom solutions.
